Hello .. no worries on the delay .. i am in no rush ..
The theme i am trying to centralize is ...
Philisophical/Occult, Scientifc debate and how its
presented via the Media (ie Technology and Anime )

The coding support, ie templates, css, gfx are just one of the many additions that we offer to our members.

Allrighty then! I have taken a look at your site and forum, and I am impressed!

Relation with the forum's theme : 80%
Coherency of the whole design (between colors, between buttons, between colors and buttons) 90%
Graphic quality : 90%
Accessibility and ergonomy (text legibility, icon sizes, effect on the eyes) : 90%
Customization : 70%

Just some points:
* With the "Who is Online" moon, when it was lit up (the sun was shining on it) it looked good, but when it went dark, it seemed to have a bit of a bad quality look to it.
* Your theme fits well with your chosen topic,
* As for the design as a whole, very good work! The buttons match the theme, as well as colour coordination between the buttons and the category/forum colour.
* The graphics were very good quality, with the banner at the top very neat and well done. The only set back is the moon, which is good as its animated, but just the dark shade makes it look bad quality!
* I found your forum very well accessable, as it blends in with the site, (I know you can;t do anything about the ads on top). Just, the links of the menu in the site seemed different with the links to the forum's menu, perhaps a couple of links to the rest of the site (About Us, etc)?
* The theme you based your site off is from Onyx, isn't it? So the customisation is clear, I'd give that a 70%.

So if I have done my maths correctly, your average percentage was 84%! Well done

the Forum Navigation is to be different from the Site Navigation. perhapes i should relable things more clearly

it looks as if a majority of my points were lost on customisation
i shall work to improve that

With the customisation, the reason it was a little bit below the rest was because it was still a bit obvious that it was the onyx theme, but it wasn't really a 100% customized theme, (like this forum is). If the customisation is below the rest, I wouldn't worry as that isn't saying the design is bad or anything!

A few improvements:
Fix up the who is online moon, or perhaps use a different image that fits the design.
About the ads, would it be possible for you to move them so they are below the banner, but above the forum, so it's a little less obvious?
Your forum seems to have a good amount of users and posts- well done

Unfortunaly there is no way for me to move the header above the google ads >.<
the banner is not one single image .. its a several lines of HTML
the only thing left over from the 'Onyx' theme is the forum grads
the colors combinations are actually my own.
