You're forum's main theme: Shafford Terriers, asseen in the name and banner
You'e forum's graphical theme represents this very well
The navbar, topic icons, and the banner
However, tis isn't the case for the who's on-line and topic butins (edit, quote...)
=> 8/10

My advice:
You need to complete your theme, but avoid ovrusing the paw, there are other image useable such as the collar or th famous dog's bone


Coherency of the whole design (between colors, between buttons, between colors and buttons) (15%)
The forum's color palette is quite restricted, if not a little too much.
It brings a certain coherancy to yourforu as a whole, but the lack of color makes the forum seem a litle sad
=> 8/10

My Advice:
Maybe go back to te drawing board a bit to add somextra colors. Not too many ofcourse

You're forum isn't in brigt colors, and therefore isn't aggressive to the eyes. Also, th text is larger (if no maybe a ittletoo arge by a point or 2). The difference between the icons is nice and visible

Allgood here, nothing needs to be added D

It doesn't seem however that you've spent a really long time on yur theme. Which is a pity, seen as it's a pretty nice theme as it is
You'd need to work abiton the 'forgotten' icons

have a quick look at it now i started from scratch added a few more colour into it change a few thing too
