Banner:
It's simple, effective, blending and quite pleasent.
Nothing much else to say

Background:
A grass field for the grounds of a football forum, brilliant
It fits in really nicly with your forum's theme, you can't see the edges of the images.

NavBar:
A nice job
But the light blue doesn't really blend n with the green of the grass background or the red in the banner.

Forum Icons:
A little simple but ok, it's not a negative point either

Who's Online:
Er...
Well, for one it's small, most forum's ave lightly larger ones.
Secondly, you'd need to review the colors of your T-shirts; the orange is a bit 'out of the blue'

Topic Icons:
I don't see the link with football...
For the popular, I'd advise a football rather than a bomb
