i want Clifton Fc going down on the left and right hand side in white. the backround should be this colour #356aa0.

and there other 1 can you do the same but have SBT FORUM instead of clifton fc,

Your forum Weight must be similar or less than 920 to fit in. Also, You must make some CSS modifications. Go in the CSS file. (Color >> CSS modifications) Find out the place BODY. Put the texte that isn't in your CSS file. (Dont put the (Or repeat-y) in it. )
