Kilsek, I think you got the sizes wrong, 75 height and 50 width perhaps? That's the size of the pictures you've provided. 17 height is way too small.

I can make transperant BG only in these formats: PNG and GIF (NOT animated GIF).

I can't make transperant in animated GIF. sorry.
